The ABC school in Sestri Levante also offers individual Italian courses or courses in small groups (two or three people) so that students can choose the most suitable course.

Individual Course

Course structure

This language course is aimed at those who, for reasons of work, time, or personal interests, prefer to take an individual course, tailored to meet their needs. You can choose to focus on the grammatical structure of the language, on conversation or on specific vocabulary. Examination preparation courses are also available.

Lesson timetable

The lesson timetable for the Individual Course is customisable. The ABC school recommends a timetable of a minimum of one, to a maximum of six lessons per day.

Individual lessons have a duration of 55 minutes.

Course duration

The Individual course has a minimum duration of one week.

Start dates

It is possible to start the individual course every Monday. Other starting days are also possible if previously agreed with the school office.

School holidays and closures

The school is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and on national holidays.

In 2022, these are: 18th April (Easter Monday), 25th April, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, and from 19th December 2022 to 16th January 2023 for the Christmas holidays.

Lessons take place from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, the school organizes extracurricular activities such as walks or visits to nearby towns.

Prices

Students can choose how many lessons per week to attend.

The price of an individual lesson (55 minutes) is 40 euros.

Duetto Course

Course structure

The group Italian courses in Sestri Levante also include the Duetto course. It is aimed at groups of just two people (friends, relatives, work colleagues) who have the same level of Italian and decide to study together. The Duetto Course gives the possibility to have a personalised timetable and programme: it is possible to alternate between grammar and conversation lessons, or to focus on particular topics of specific work language or preparation for an exam.

You can decide how many Italian language lessons you want to attend and at what time, and thus customize your timetable with an agreement with the administration office.

The Duetto course lessons last 55 minutes each.

Trietto Courses

Course structure

The Trietto Course allows a group of three people (friends, colleagues, or family members) with the same level of knowledge of Italian, to study together and to decide, in agreement with the school, their programme and timetable of Italian language lessons.

The timetable and the number of lessons per week can be customised and should be agreed with the administration office, taking into account the school’s opening hours and the needs of the students.

We recommend a minimum of one and a maximum of six lessons per day.

Each lesson of the Trietto Course has a duration of 55 minutes.
