50+ Italian Language Course
Over 50s Italian Language Courses
Over 50s Programme
20 Italian Language lessons in groups in the mornings + 3 extra activities in the afternoons
Course Structure
The Over 50s course at the ABC Italian language school for foreigners in Sestri Levante enriches the study of the Italian language with a select programme of walks and/or tastings which will make your language study-stay in Liguria more interesting.
It is aimed at adults or senior students, whose needs, in terms of interests or pace of learning, may be different from those of younger students.
The Italian lessons in small groups, all of which have a maximum of 8 students per class, guarantee a high quality of teaching and good progression in the acquisition of language structures.
Overlooking the sea of the Bay of Silence, a famous beach on the Ligurian coast, you can learn Italian in a friendly and stress-free environment.
After the Italian course, the school offers some activities outside the classroom (3 activities per week) reserved for the group of senior students which will give them the opportunity to appreciate other aspects of Italian culture and to get to know better the area and the food and wine traditions of Liguria.
Cultural activities reserved for Italian students aged 50+ may include, for example:
The churches of Sestri Levante
The historic shops of Sestri Levante
The villas of Sestri Levante
Archaeological Sestri Levante
The mysteries of Sestri Levante
A walk exploring Liguria's curiosities, traditions, and fishing
